It also stated " On-line Geographic Information System GIS viewer. Displays oil and gas leases, pipelines, wells, platforms, MMS blocks and areas, fairways, NOAA obstructions, etc. provided directly from governmental and other sources." The header had map as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by ccgis, gulf of mexico, and gis which isn't as ranked as highly as map. The next words the site used was viewer. oil was also included but might not be seen by search parsers.
